Our Story

We are Farmington’s place to go for an authentic experience to Mexico. Using traditional cooking methods and ancient ingredients to create tacos you would find in the streets of Mexico. While it is eaten fresh, most corn is dried, nixtamalized and ground into dough called “masa”. We strive to bring those flavors and aromas alive in a variety of tacos, salsas, margaritas and more.
